Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout to all orders to the contiguous US states over $150.
We ship to Canada as well as internationally! Please select the Canada shipping option at checkout for shipments to Canada.

Return Policy
We offer a 30 day return policy. Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. No claims for damages or shortages will be accepted after 7 days from receipt of order.
Returned products will only be accepted with an RGA number, in original inner and outer package and in unused and sellable condition. Please wrap all glass products well to ensure their protection during shipment. We will not accept products that have been in use and not in original sellable condition. Healthlighting.com reserves the right to determine the level of condition of item returned after inspection.
Fluorescent lamps as well as compact fluorescent lamps are not returnable due to their inherently delicate nature.
Please email us at info@healthlighting.com, with your order number to receive an RGA number (return guaranteed authorization). Merchandise returned without an RGA will not be accepted.
In the case that an order was inadequately filled, then Healthlighting.com will pay for the shipping charge to return the order.
