Damage/Breakage Claims:

Product(s) damaged in shipping will either be replaced or credited at no cost to you. Please email info@healthlighting.com with your order number, and a quick image of the damage/breakage within 7 days of receipt of order to submit a damage claim. 

Warranty Coverage + Exclusions: 

Our warranty covers all fixtures, lamps, light therapy units, and LED light bulbs for a period of 1 year from date of original purchase. Our warranty excludes all filament light bulbs which are instead covered by a 60-day guarantee. Filament light bulbs include any bulbs from our Incandescent or Enhanced collections. 

Warranty Terms:

We warrant the above products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase. Warranty is intended to cover defective products, and does not cover damage or failure of a product resulting from abuse, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality. For example, certain flood bulbs are frosted by hand, and may contain minor variations and irregularities in frosting. These do not affect functionality of the bulb and are not covered by warranty.

Warranty is available solely to the original purchaser and for products purchased directly from Healthlighting. For warranty claims please email info@healthlighting.com with your name, order number, and a description of the product issue and any applicable photos. Warranty items cannot be returned for a refund, but will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. 

Warranty claims within 90 days from the order date are handled at no cost to the customer. Should a replacement be necessary, it will be shipped using the same shipping method that was used for the original order. After 90 days shipping to and from Healthlighting will be the responsibility of the customer.
