Damage Claims + Limited Warranty

Damage/Breakage Claims:

Product(s) damaged in shipping will either be replaced or credited at no cost to you. Please email info@healthlighting.com with your order number, and a quick image of the damage/breakage within 7 days of receipt of order to submit a damage claim. Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt and notify us in within 7 days from date of delivery of any issue with your shipment. 

Limited Warranty Coverage + Exclusions: 

Our limited warranty covers desk lamps, light therapy units and Lumiram LED bulbs purchased from Healthlighting for a period of 1 year from date of original purchase. Chromalux® Full Spectrum Neo LED light bulbs are covered for a period of 6 months from date of original purchase. 

Our warranty excludes all filament incandescent light bulbs (bulbs from Classic or Enhanced Chromalux® collections). Please also note: Chromalux® is not a rough service light bulb and is not recommended for use in ceiling fans or locations that experience extra vibration.

Limited Warranty Terms:

We warrant the above covered products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 6 months to 1 year (see below) from the date of original purchase. This policy does not apply to filament bulbs from Classic or Enhanced collections. Chromalux® Neo LED bulbs are covered for a period of 6 months from the original date of purchase, whereas other Lumiram LED bulbs, light therapy units, and desk lamps, are covered for a period of one year.

This limited warranty is intended to cover defective products, and does not cover damage or failure of a product resulting from abuse, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality. For example, our flood bulbs are frosted by hand, and may contain minor variations and irregularities in frosting. These do not affect functionality of the bulb and are not covered by this limited warranty. 

Our limited warranty policy does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. Our warranty excludes any use or installation of our products in environments or with components that exceed the specifications of our particular product, such as: dimmer incompatibility, exposure to humidity or water, over voltage or current, or high temperature environments.

Our limited warranty is available only to the original purchaser for covered products purchased directly from us on the Healthlighting.com website, not other resellers of Lumiram brand lighting products. We cannot replace light bulbs or repair products that were purchased from other resellers or marketplaces. Our limited warranty will cover only one repair or replacement per original order transaction.
