Damage Claims + Warranty
Warranty Coverage + Exclusions:
Our warranty covers all fixtures, desk lamps, light therapy units, and LED light bulbs purchased from healthlighting for a period of 1 year from date of original purchase. Our warranty excludes all filament light bulbs which are instead covered by a 60-day guarantee. Filament light bulbs include any bulbs from our Classic Chromalux® Incandescent or Enhanced collections.
Warranty is available only to the original purchaser for products purchased directly from us on the Healthlighting.com website, not other resellers of Lumiram brand lighting products. We cannot replace light bulbs or repair products that were purchased from other resellers or marketplaces.
We warrant the above products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase.
Warranty is intended to cover defective products, and does not cover damage or failure of a product resulting from abuse, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality.
For example, our flood bulbs are frosted by hand, and may contain minor variations and irregularities in frosting. These do not affect functionality of the bulb and are not covered by warranty.
Submitting a Claim:
Should you need to submit a warranty claim, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, and a description of the product issue and any applicable photos. Warranty items cannot be returned for a refund, but will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
Warranty claims within 90 days from the order date are handled at no cost to the customer. Should a replacement be necessary, it will be shipped using the same shipping method that was used for the original order. After 90 days shipping to and from Healthlighting will be the responsibility of the customer.
