We ship to the US + Canada!

Free shipping is available at checkout to all orders over $99 within the 48 contiguous US states. We ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. 

We ship quickly: often the same day for orders placed before 3:30 PM EST.

Return Policy

We have a 30 day return and exchange policy on most items that are unused and in good resalable condition. Please email our customer support team at info@healthlighting.com with your name, order number, and a request for an RGA number. 

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the return is due to our own fulfillment error. Our team will provide you a prepaid return label (US customers only); if you choose to use our label, $7.50 - $11.50 (depending on your location/nature of the return) will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping.

Your return and refund will be processed within approximately 15 business days of being received.

Please kindly note

  • Products must be returned and received within the above stated 30 day time frame (from date of delivery) to be eligible for refund or exchange.
  • Please do not send us packages without an RGA number or prior authorization - your return and refund will not be processed. 
  • Please carefully repack all items for returnwrap all glass bulbs well to ensure their protection during shipment. A restocking charge will be added to items that arrive broken or in poor condition to our facility. We reserve the right to determine the level of condition of items returned after inspection.  
  • If the item is returned in non-resalable condition (i.e., torn or missing product packaging), we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange. 

Damages + Breakage

If your package experienced extra turbulence on the road, not to worry - we're here to help! Product(s) damaged in shipping will either be replaced or credited at no cost to you. Please email info@healthlighting.com with your order number, and a quick image of the damage/breakage within 7 days of receipt of order to submit a damage claim.  

Warranty Policy

Our warranty covers all fixtures, desk lamps, light therapy units, and LED light bulbs for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase. Our warranty excludes all filament light bulbs, which are instead covered by a 60-day guarantee. Please refer to our warranty policy for complete terms and info.

Note: All bulbs are rated for use at 110 - 120 Volts only. At this moment, Chromalux® bulbs are not rated for use in Europe or elsewhere using 220-240V.
