We ship to the US + Canada!

Please Note: Despite our European origins, Chromalux® bulbs are currently only available for use at the North/South American standard of 110 - 120 Volts, not 220V - 240V as in Europe or elsewhere. We do not ship outside of the Americas. Chromalux® will not work on 220V-240V. 

Processing Time (for in stock items):

It takes us approximately 2 business days to process orders, plus the additional transit time by the selected mail carrier.

Once a shipping label has been created, you'll receive an automated email containing your tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link provided to update.


Items on preorder will be shipped upon availability, typically within 6-8 weeks from your order date. However, this timeline may differ depending on the item and its availability. For complete details, refer to the shipping estimates provided on the product page. If your order includes a preorder item, the entire order will be shipped once all items are available.  

Return Policy

We have a 30 day return and exchange policy on most items (i.e., fluorescent tubes are final sale) that are unused and returned in good saleable condition with original product packaging intact.

Exclusions: International orders (Canada) and final sale items are non refundable/returnable. Due to the inherently fragile nature of our products, we cannot accept requests for returns/exchanges if more than 30 days have passed since your item was delivered. Thank you for your understanding.

Once approved, we'll send further return instructions via email.

Your return and refund will be processed within approximately 15 business days of being received.  

Please also note the following: 

    • Products must be returned and received within the above stated 30 day time frame (from date of delivery) to be eligible for refund or exchange. Any authorized returns returned to us beyond the 30 day window cannot be refunded or exchanged.
    • Please do not send us packages without an RGA number or prior authorization - your return and refund will not be processed. 
    • Please carefully repack all items for returnwrap all glass bulbs well to ensure their protection during shipment. A 15% restocking charge will be added to items that arrive broken or in poor condition to our facility. We reserve the right to determine the level of condition of items returned after inspection.  
    • If the item is returned in non-resalable condition (i.e., torn or missing product packaging), a 15% restocking charge will be deducted from your refund.  
    • Under no circumstances will Healthlighting refund an order that has been refused by the customer. 

International and Canadian Orders 

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges of international/Canadian orders at this time. 

Please note that your shipment may incur a customs duty/brokerage fee that is beyond our control. Healthlighting is not responsible for the payment of these fees. We will not reship any returned order for failure to pay the customs fee on time or refusal of the the shipment. Under no circumstances will Healthlighting refund an order that has been refused by the customer for any reason including nonpayment of customs fees. 

Damages + Breakage

If your package experienced extra turbulence on the road, not to worry - we're here to help! Product(s) damaged in shipping will either be replaced or credited at no cost to you. Please email info@healthlighting.com with your order number, and a quick image of the damage/breakage within 7 days of receipt of order to submit a damage claim. Please check your order thoroughly upon delivery, as we are unable to replace bulbs reported broken after this 7 day period. 

Warranty Policy

Our limited warranty covers all fixtures, desk lamps, light therapy units, and LED light bulbs for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. Our warranty excludes all filament light bulbs, which are instead covered by a 60-day guarantee. Please refer to our warranty policy for complete terms and info.
