Processing

An automated confirmation email containing your order number will be sent immediately upon placing your order. We process orders as we receive them - usually the same day if placed on a weekday. Barring special orders or preordered items on backorder, you can expect your order to ship within that time frame as well. Once your order has shipped, another automated email will be sent confirming shipment and a link to your shipment’s tracking number. Please note that tracking numbers may take up to a day to update.

We ship to the US + Canada!

Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout to all orders over $75 within the 48 contiguous US states. We ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.  

Note:¬†All bulbs¬†are rated for use at 110-120 Volts only.¬†At this moment, Chromalux¬ģ bulbs are not rated for use in Europe or elsewhere using 240V.¬†

Return Policy

We offer a 30 day return and exchange policy on most items that are unused and in good resalable condition. Please email info@healthlighting.com with your name, order number, and a request for an RGA number. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the return is due to our own fulfillment error. Once received, a full refund will be credited to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days. Products must be returned to us unused in their original inner and outer packaging. Light bulbs that have been in use are not eligible for return or exchange. 

Products must be returned and received within the above stated 30 day time frame. Please do not send us packages without an RGA number or prior authorization - your return and refund will not be processed. All products must be carefully packaged before being returned; please wrap all glass bulbs well to ensure their protection during shipment. A restocking charge will be added to items that arrive broken or in poor condition to our facility. If the item is in non-resalable condition (returned to us with torn or missing packaging), we will not be able to issue a refund. We reserve the right to determine the level of condition of items returned after inspection. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges for international orders at this time. 

All sale items are final sale. 

Damages + Breakage

We're here to help! Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt; no claims for damages, order errors, or shortages will be accepted after 7 days from receipt of order. Please email us a quick photo of the damage or breakage within those 7 days, including your name and order number, and our team will promptly credit or send you a replacement free of charge. Please note that the average life of our light bulbs is not guaranteed life; actual mileage may vary. 

Warranty Policy

Our warranty covers all fixtures, lamps, light therapy units, and LED light bulbs for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase. Our warranty excludes all filament light bulbs, which are instead covered by a 60-day guarantee. Please refer to our warranty policy for complete terms and info.
