Processing 

An automated confirmation email containing your order number will be sent immediately upon placing your order. We process orders as we receive them - usually the same day if placed on a weekday. Barring special orders or backordered items, you can expect your order to ship within that time frame as well. Once your order has shipped, another automated email will be sent confirming shipment and a link to your shipment’s tracking number. Please note that tracking numbers may take up to a day to update.  

Shipping

Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout to all orders to the contiguous US states over $150. We ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. 
Yes, we do ship to Canada! Please select the Canada shipping option at checkout. 

Note: All bulbs are rated for use at 110-120 Volts only. At this moment, Chromalux® bulbs are not rated for use in Europe or elsewhere using 240V.

30 Day Return Policy

We offer a 30 day return policy on all our products from the date of purchase. To get a full refund minus shipping costs, all items must be returned to us, unused in their original inner and outer packaging and in good resalable condition. Please email us at info@healthlighting.com with your name, order number, and a request for an RGA number (return guaranteed authorization). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All refunds are credited to the original method of payment. Please allow anywhere from 5-12 business days for the credit to appear in your account.

Please do not send us packages without an RGA number or prior authorization - your return and refund will not be processed. Products must be returned and received within the above stated 30 day time frame. Please wrap all glass bulbs well to ensure their protection during shipment. We reserve the right to determine the level of condition of items returned after inspection. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges for international orders at this time. 

Damages + Breakage 

Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. No claims for damages, order errors, or shortages will be accepted after 7 days from receipt of order. Please email us a quick photo of the damage or breakage within those 7 days, including your name and order number, so that we can send you a replacement free of charge. Please note that the average life of our light bulbs is not guaranteed life; actual mileage may vary. Some bulbs will exceed the average life stated on the package, while others will fall short of this average.
