We ship to the US + Canada!
Please note: Despite our European origins, Chromalux® bulbs are currently only available for use at the North/South American standard of 110 - 120 Volts. We do not ship outside of the Americas. Chromalux® will not work on 220V-240V.
Processing Time (for in-stock items)
We’re excited for you to experience your new light! Due to high demand, orders may take up to 6 business days to process before shipment. As soon as your order is ready to ship, you'll receive an email with your tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Preorders
Items on preorder will be shipped upon availability, typically within 6-8 weeks from your order date. However, this timeline may differ depending on the item and its availability. For complete details, refer to the shipping estimates provided on the product page. For your convenience, we will split fulfillment so in-stock items ship first.
Returns + Exchanges
We're confident you'll love your new beautiful light. If, for any reason, you do not, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on most products (see exclusions below), provided they are unused (a brief testing period of up to an hour is permitted), and in resalable condition with their original, unmarked, untorn product packaging.
Return Shipping
If you use our provided prepaid return label, the cost of the label ($8-$9 on most orders) will be deducted from your refund total. If your order qualified for free shipping, our original outbound shipping cost may also be deducted from your refund.
Exclusions:
- International orders (Canada) and final sale items are not eligible for return.
- Fluorescent tubes are final sale. They cannot be accepted for exchange or refund.
- Items in sale collections are final sale.
How to Return an Item:
- Log in to your account, select the order you'd like to return items from, and request a return.
- Once approved, we will provide further return instructions via email.
- Carefully repack all items, wrapping glass bulbs well to ensure their protection during shipment.
How to Exchange an Item:
- Log in to your account, select the order, and under return reason, select "other."
- In the notes, specify what item you’d like instead.
- We offer free exchanges (one time only).
Your return and refund will be processed within approximately 15 business days of being received.
Please also note the following:

Returned items must be in resalable condition, with the original, untorn, and unmarked product packaging, and arrive back at our facility within 30 days from the date of order delivery. Please allow sufficient return shipping time for your return to arrive at our facility.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Due to the inherently fragile and "consumable" nature of our products, bulbs that have been used for more than a brief testing period of one hour are not eligible for return or exchange. Thank you for your understanding.

Please ensure your return is adequately protected for transit: items that arrive broken or in poor condition will not be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to determine the level of condition of returned items after inspection.

If an item is returned in non-resalable condition (i.e., torn or missing product packaging, a light therapy lamp, or other "open box" item), a 25% repack/restocking charge will be deducted from your refund or store credit. Light bulbs received back in non-resalable condition (i.e., torn, missing, or marked product packaging) are not eligible for refund.

If you use our provided prepaid return label, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

Unauthorized returns will not be processed. Please wait for authorization to return.

Under no circumstances will Healthlighting refund an order that has been refused by the customer.

Damages + Breakage
If your package experienced extra turbulence on the road, not to worry - we're here to help! Product(s) damaged in shipping will either be replaced or credited at no cost to you. Please email info@healthlighting.com with your order number, and a quick image of the damage/breakage within 7 days of receipt of order to submit a damage claim. Please check your order thoroughly upon delivery, as we are unable to replace bulbs reported broken after this 7 day period.
Non-deliverable and returns to sender
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout, or email us immediately if you notice an incorrect shipping address after placing an order. Orders that are returned to us - due to an incorrect shipping address or because it was not collected from the Post Office - will incur a return shipping fee that will be deducted from your refund. If you’d like the order to be resent, a shipping fee will be required before we reship it.
Order Edits + Cancellations
We will do our best to accommodate order edits, but we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed.
Warranty Policy
Our limited warranty covers desk lamps and light therapy units for a period of one year and LED light bulbs for a period of 6 months from the original date of purchase. Our warranty excludes all Classic and Enhanced filament incandescent light bulbs. Please refer to our warranty policy for complete terms and info.
International and Canadian Orders
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges of international/Canadian orders at this time.
Please note that your shipment may incur customs duties or brokerage fees that are beyond our control. Healthlighting is not responsible for payment of these fees. We will not reship any returned order for failure to pay the customs fee on time or refusal of the shipment. Under no circumstances will Healthlighting refund an order that the customer has refused for any reason, including nonpayment of customs fees.
