FAQ

When will my order arrive?

For in stock items:

It takes us approximately 3-4 business days to process orders, plus the additional transit time by the selected mail carrier.

Once a shipping label has been created, you'll receive an automated email containing your tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link provided to update.

For preorder items:

Items on preorder will be shipped upon availability, typically within 4 - 8 weeks from your order date. This timeline may differ depending on the item and its availability. For more accurate estimates, refer to the shipping estimates provided on the product page or the email sent confirming your preorder immediately after placing your order. If your order includes a preorder item, the entire order will be shipped once all items are available. 

What is your return policy?

We have a 30 day return and exchange policy on most items (i.e., fluorescent tubes are final sale) that are unused and returned in good saleable condition with original product packaging intact.

To return or exchange an item

To return an item, please login to your account and complete your return there.

Your return and full refund, minus original shipping cost and prepaid return label cost, will be processed within approximately 15 - 20 business days of being received. 

Return Labels

Our team will provide you a prepaid return label (US customers only); if you choose to use our label, the cost of the return (depending on your location/nature of the return) will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping. 

Exclusions

International orders (Canada) and final sale items are non refundable/returnable. 

Due to the inherently fragile nature of our products, we cannot accept requests for returns/exchanges if more than 30 days have passed since your item was delivered. Thank you for your understanding. 

Do you ship to Europe /elsewhere other than the US and Canada?

Despite our European origins, Chromalux® bulbs are currently only available for use at the North/South American standard of 110 - 120 Volts, not 220V - 240V as in Europe or elsewhere. They will not work outside of the Americas.

My order arrived damaged / a bulb arrived broken. What do I do?

If your package experienced extra turbulence on the road, not to worry - we're here to help! Product(s) damaged in shipping to our US based customers will either be replaced or credited at no cost to you.

Please email info@healthlighting.com with your order number, and a quick image of the damage/breakage within 7 days of receipt of order to submit a damage claim. 

How long should my bulbs last?

The average life of our classic filament bulbs ranges anywhere from 1200-3000 hours, depending on bulb type and usage. To get the most life out of our bulbs, we recommend giving them some "breathing room," as the bulbs give off a bit of heat and will last longest if used in open fixtures with an appropriate max-wattage rating.

Can you help me with my Amazon order?

We cannot exchange or replace products sold by sellers on third party marketplaces such as Amazon or Ebay, nor do we sell on such marketplaces.
