Free shipping is available at checkout for all orders over $120 within the 48 contiguous US states. We ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.  

We are often able to ship same day for orders placed weekdays before 1:00 PM EST!

Please note: despite our European origins, Chromalux® bulbs are currently only available for use at the North/South American standard of 110 - 120 Volts, not 220V - 240V as in Europe or elsewhere.

Return Policy

We offer a 30 day return and exchange policy on most items that are unused and in good resalable condition. Please email info@healthlighting.com with your name, order number, and a request for an RGA number. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for Canadian/international orders at this time.

Damages + Breakage

If your package experienced extra turbulence on the road, not to worry - we're here to help! Product(s) damaged in shipping to our US based customers will either be replaced or credited at no cost to you. Please email info@healthlighting.comwith your order number, and a quick image of the damage/breakage within 7 days of receipt of order to submit a damage claim.
